Cuiaba is not a tourist town; it’s a big city, the capital of a state the size of Texas. Over the 18 years since we began inventing, then developing jaguar tourism, we have tried to find and work with some hotels that could best meet our guests’s needs at the beginning and end of their adventure.
We haven’t entirely reached our goal, but three come pretty close, and we describe our recommended lodging options on the following pages:
